This initiative from 3 Michelin star chef Massimo Bottura wants to tackle this tremendous act of arrogance of throwing food and create an act of consciousness. As the website mention, "By transforming people, places and food, we build a culture of valuing the potential in all things. When we give value to culture, we build the foundation for systemic change."
Seeing the kitchen as a place of consciousness and cultural creation is so inspiring.
Same is happening with the textile industry. How many clothes unsold or barely used go to waste?! This is ridiculous and certainly not ecological
